Structure
According to the nature of the activity carried out by the administrative units in the regional administration, they are divided into general and specialized administration.

General Administration is organized in the Directorate “Administrative Legal Services, Finance and Property Management”. It provides technically the activity of the regional governor, the specialized administration and the administrative and legal services to the citizens and the legal entities.

The general administration includes the following areas:
1. “Office”;
2. “Financial and economic activities”;
3. “Legal activities”;
4. “Property Management”;
5. “Human Resources”;
6. “Crisis management and defense mobilization training”;
7. “Information services and technologies”;
8. “Administrative Services”.

Specialized administration is organized in the Directorate “Administrative Control, Regional Development and State Property”. The specialized administration assists and ensures the implementation of the powers of the regional governor.

The specialized administration includes the following directions:
1. “State property”;
2. “Coordination, administrative control”;
3. “Regional Development”.
