\n<\/strong>1. Documents certifying the necessity for establishing the easement and providing evidence for compliance with the conditions under Art. 192, Para. 3 and Art. 193, Para. 4 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA);
\n2. Document for payment of the price of the right unless the payment has been performed electronically.
\nExplications:<\/strong> The right to pass\/to lay branches of common networks of the technical infrastructure through state landed properties is established with an order of the Regional governor when other technical solution is obviously economically inexpedient. The easement cannot impair the conditions for building up in the landed properties, nor hinder the established way of their durable use, nor affect permitted constructions or existing buildings. Worsening in the conditions for building and using the state landed properties due to establishing a right to pass\/to lay branches of common networks and facilities of the technical infrastructure to other properties can be admitted as exception with the permission of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works due to lack of other technical possibility or when other technical solution is obviously economically inexpedient. The price of the right to pass\/to lay branches of common networks of the technical infrastructure is determined by the order of Art. 210 of the SDA and is paid before issuing the order. The order has to be entered in the property register in the file of the landed property, which is served by the established easement and in the file of the state landed property, on which is established the easement, and in the act for state ownership.
