Filled-in form (Appendix \u2116 1 of Instruction \u2116 3 from 17.12.2001 for application of section \u0406V of Tariff\u00a0\u2116\u00a014 for the fees, collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the Regional governors) specifying the value of the fee. The assignor may attach a notarised declaration for the building value of the construction;
\n3. Document for payment of the due fee unless the payment has been performed electronically.
\nExplications:<\/strong> The service is provided in accordance with the legal powers of the Regional governor under the Spatial Development Act (SDA) to a claimant who is the assignor of the construction. The submitting of executive documentation is certified by the sign and seal of the Regional governor, put on all graphic and textual materials. The executive documentation is integral part of the issued construction papers for the construction and is kept permanently in the archives under the Spatial Development Act of the Regional administration of Veliko Tarnovo. In case that significant deviations from the issued construction papers are established, the Regional governor is obliged to undertake actions in compliance with the requirements of Art. 175, Para. 3 of the SDA. Executive documentation is not submitted when the construction is completed according to the approved investment designs.
