\n2. Documents according to the requirements of Art. 143 and 144 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA);
\n3. Notarised consent by the interested persons under the provisions of Art. 149, Para. 2 of the SDA;
\n4. Filled-in form (Appendix \u2116 1 of Instruction \u2116 3 from 17.12.2001 for application of section \u0406V of Tariff\u00a0\u2116\u00a014 for the fees, collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the Regional governors) specifying the value of the fee. The assignor may attach a notarised declaration for the building value of the construction;
\n5. Document for payment of the due fee unless the payment has been performed electronically.
\nExplications:<\/strong> In the case of changed investment intentions occurred after the issue of the construction permit changes in the approved investment design within the scope of the significant deviations under Art.\u00a0153, Para. 2, items 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the SDA are admitted on request by the assignor of the construction before the implementation. These changes are approved under the terms and the order of Art. 145 of the SDA and are reflected with an order for supplementation of the issued construction permit. The order is issued together with the approval of the changes in the investment design. The assessment of the investment design for compliance with the basic requirements to the constructions is prepared according to the provisions of Art. 142, Para. 6 of the SDA \u2013 for constructions of first, second and third category compulsory as a complex report, compiled by a registered company \u2013 consultant, not connected with the designer; for constructions of lower category \u2013 as a complex report on the wish of the assignor, or on the expressed request of the claimant \u2013 by the regional expert council for spatial development considering the design before its approval, for which a fee is paid under Tariff \u2116 14 for the fees, collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the Regional governors. The interested persons are notified for the issued order for supplementation of the construction permit, together with the investment design approved by the Regional governor, or for the refusal to issue such, by a notice promulgated in the State Gazette. The Regional directorate of national construction supervision in Veliko Tarnovo is notified in writing about the issued order of which a copy is sent also. The order for supplementation of the construction permit is published on the official website of the administration in the public \u201cRegister of issued construction permits\u201d. \nThe value of the fee<\/strong> for preparation of assessment of compliance under Art. 142, Para. 6, item 1 of the SDA is determined according to Art. 28, Para. 2 of Tariff \u2116 14 for the fees, collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the Regional governors and equals 0,1 percent of the building value of the construction, but not less than 500 BGN and not more than 3000\u00a0BGN.
